1. About Us

Organic Yellow is a food brand operating from Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India (PIN 247661). We manufacture and sell raw, NABL-certified Himalayan honey sticks and jars directly to consumers via our website at organicyellow.ae. Our contact email is hello@organicyellow.in.

2. Products

All products listed on organicyellow.ae are food items intended for personal consumption only. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are purchasing for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.
• You are 18 years of age or older, or are purchasing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have read the relevant product description, ingredient list, and any applicable advisory (e.g., honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months).

Product images on the website are representative of the actual product. Minor variations in colour, crystallisation, or packaging design may occur batch to batch — this does not constitute a defect. Crystallisation is a natural characteristic of pure, raw honey.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices on organicyellow.ae are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, any change in price will not affect an order that has already been placed and confirmed.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors — if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you before processing your order and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an item in your cart does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only upon:

• Successful completion of payment via Razorpay, and
• Receipt of an order confirmation email to the address you provided.

We accept all major payment methods supported by Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All payment transactions are encrypted and processed by Razorpay. Organic Yellow does not store, handle, or have access to your full payment credentials at any time.

5. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the following circumstances:

• A product becomes out of stock after your order is placed.
• Payment verification fails or a chargeback is raised.
• The shipping address is outside our serviceable area or is incomplete.
• We detect unusual, bulk, or suspected fraudulent purchasing activity.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.) prevent fulfilment.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically at the selected frequency (monthly) until you choose to pause or cancel. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no refund is issued for a billing period already in progress.

Subscription pricing is locked at the rate applicable at the time of subscription. Price increases will not be applied to active subscriptions without prior notice and your consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on organicyellow.ae — including the Organic Yellow brand name, logo, Purity Index™ mark, product photography, copy, and design — is owned by or licensed to Organic Yellow and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law.

• You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any website content without our written permission.
• Resale of Organic Yellow products without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
• Use of our brand name or assets in advertising, social media campaigns, or affiliate promotions requires written approval.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organic Yellow's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Indian law.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of organicyellow.ae shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India. We encourage you to contact us at hello@organicyellow.in before initiating any legal proceedings — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at organicyellow.ae/terms with the "Last updated" date shown above. By continuing to use our website after an update, you agree to the revised Terms.
